INGREDIENTS used:
1/2 cup instant oats
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp flax seed powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Water (add little by little till the dough turn soft)

PROCEDURE:
1-Grind the oats to fine powder.
2-Take the oats powder to a mixing bowl + add wheat flour + flax seed powder + salt ( mix all the flour very well) + oil + water = make a soft dough now.
3-Cover the bowl and set it aside for 15 minutes.
4-Divide the dough into small equal portions
5-Roll them flat with rolling pin(thin and equally spread)
6-Heat the pan and fry all the roti one by one(spray oil if needed- this also makes roti’s stay soft for long time)
7-Serve them with any spice curry(any of your choice) to say “TASTYNYUM” 😋😇
