Here’s what you need: ✔️

A cup of walnuts and raisins
2 small cups whole wheat flour
60g dates
1 cup milk
1 cup curd
1 cup olive oil
-Note:-
🔶 Soak the dates in the milk for half an hour.
🔶 Bake for 45 minutes.

Macros per piece (90g)✔️
TOTAL – 223 CAL
Protein – 3g
Fats – 8g
Carbs – 27g
