454 grams (1 lb.) White mushrooms
1 small onion
2 large garlic cloves (4 small ones)
1 small sweet red pepper
1 green chili pepper
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp vinegar (balsamic or wine vinegar)
1 tsp salt or to taste
Additional spices: ground black pepper, bay leaves
