Hi loves! Today I’m sharing what I eat In a day while 38 weeks pregnant and some easy, healthy, plantbased meal ideas for the next time you’re in the kitchen no matter if you are pregnant or not!
This is truly how I stayed healthy throughout my entire pregnancy and for me being vegan and pregnant felt easy and very natural. I always just listen to what my body needs and craves and trust my intuition with that.
