Easy Bread Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:
Eggs: 4
Bread slices: 4 (wheat, milk, or multigrain)
Onion: 1, finely chopped
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Tomato: 1, finely chopped
Capsicum/Bell pepper: 1, chopped
Oil or butter (for sautéing)
Spices (Powders):
Pinch of cumin or cumin powder
Pinch of chili or paprika powder
Pinch of coriander powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Pinch of chaat masala
Salt to taste
Sauces:
Red chili sauce: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Bread Masala:
Heat a pan and add butter or oil.
Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum, sauté until softened.
Stir in the chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chaat masala, and a pinch of salt. Add a little water if needed to blend the spices.
Add the chili sauce, soy sauce, and ketchup. Mix well.
Tear the bread into small pieces and add them to the pan, sautéing everything together until the bread absorbs the flavors.
2. Make the Omelette:
In another pan, heat some oil and pour in beaten eggs to make a plain omelette.
Once the omelette is cooked, spread the prepared bread masala on top of the omelette.
3. Optional:
Add a slice of cheese on top of the bread masala, allowing it to melt.
4. Serve:
Fold the omelette and serve hot.
