Pumpkin Protein Pancakes | 43g Protein | NO PROTEIN POWDER



These pumpkin pancakes have no protein powder, yet contain 43g of protein 😍🎃 Labour Day is behind us, meaning we’re welcoming fall recipes with open arms, right? 🥞

Nutrition (entire stack, without toppings):
519 cals, 42.5P, 60C, 10.5F

Ingredients:
-65g oat flour
-110g light cottage cheese
-60g pure pumpkin
-90g egg whites
-1 egg
-15g @e.d.smithfoods sugar free maple syrup
-3g baking powder
-3g cinnamon
-4ml vanilla extract

Directions:
-Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor
-Heat up your pan to low/medium heat and spray with cooking spray
-Pour the pancake batter 1-2 at a time, wait until it bubbles and starts to crisp underneath, then flip
-Add toppings of choice (I added sugar free maple syrup and light whipped cream, but these are optional), then enjoy! 🎃🥞
