Welcome to Day 11 of my 365 Days Weight Loss Challenge! 🌟
When I was 183 kgs, I used to drink bed-tea instead of water in the morning. I’ve learned that our body needs proper hydration after a night’s sleep. Through the fastest weight loss course, I’ve realized my mistakes and have successfully lost 14 kgs in just 11 days by eating high-quality protein and natural saturated fats.
On the first day of Navratri, Richa mam and I visited the temple. After attending the @indianweightlossschool live session, I drank salted lime water for hydration. I enjoyed delicious weight loss meals made with desi ghee and even tasty weight loss ice cream. I took my supplements and completed my 4-litre water task for the day.
