Easy Weight Loss Brunoise Chicken Fry Recipe 🍗

Ingredients:

– Chicken
– Lemon Juice
– Salt
– Coriander Powder
– Mirchi Powder
– Tandoori Paste
– Ginger Garlic Paste
– Red Chilli Paste
– Chaat Masala
– Jeera Powder
– Kasturi Methi
– Garam Masala
– Elaichi Powder
– Black Pepper Powder
– Desi Ghee
– Curry Leaves

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Add lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, mirchi powder, tandoori paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, chaat masala, jeera powder, kasturi methi, garam masala, elaichi powder, and black pepper powder. Mix these well.
3. Heat a cast iron pan and add desi ghee.
4. Add curry leaves and marinated chicken, and cook well.
