Ingredients:
1. 50 g oatmeal flour (I use high protein oatmeal and grind it at home)
2. 1/2 tb baking powder
3. 80g greek yogurt 0%fat
4. 1 egg and 2 egg whites
5. monk fruit as desired or your favorite sweetener

Toppings:
* Maple syrup (I use maple syrup from @lakanto )
* Berries or strawberries

Description

In a bowl combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Cook on griddle until golden perfection. Serve with your favorite syrup and add toppings.

2. 1/2 cucharada de polvo para hornear
3. 80 g de yogur griego 0% de grasa
4. 1 huevo y 2 claras de huevo
5. Endulzante al gusto (usé monk fruit, o tu endulzante favorito)

Para la cobertura:
– Maple syrup (utilizo sirope de arce de @lakanto)
– Blueberries o fresas
