Cauliflower Sandwich

Ingendrients
200 gm cauliflower
1 cheese cube
1 green chili
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
coriander
1 teaspoon oil
brown bread
1 tomato
1 onion
1 capsicum
salted butter

Procedure
1.Chop the cauliflower in small piece and boil for 15 min.
2.Blend the cauliflower with green chili, coriander, oregano, cheese and oil into a fine paste.
3.Spread a thick layer of paste on the bread add sliced tomato, onion and capsicum.
4.Heat a pan add some salted butter and toast the sandwich on medium flame on both sides

Enjoy with some ketchup
