we got lots of cool different things this week we got some guacamole got some Kodiak protein pancake mix cocoa oatmeal two different types of natural peanut butter some light country sausage some Italian style smoked chicken sausage some blueberries 8515 ground beef booya turkey bacon we got six big fresh chicken breasts we got some peppers so we do some sauté peppers onions so we put in the burger chia seeds got add that to the oatmeal for our overnight oats we got a little bit of Crystal white to go into our drink for the um pre-workout we got some rice cakes everything rice cakes of course got to add some Polynesian sauce this week we got some muffins Thomas muffins 100 calories of course we have lots of egg whites and one deal of soft fles just add a little flavor blueberry Greek yogurt Greek strawberry cheesecake yogurt
