if you’re looking for a delicious high protein breakfast two of these baking pancakes are 379 calories and 33 g of protein let me show you how to make them you’re need 1 cup of Kodiak power cake mix 3/4 cups of fat-free milk one egg and six slices of thick cut bacon the first thing we need to do is cook our bacon I decide to air fry my bacon at 400° f for 5 minutes on each side then remove the bacon from the air fryer place on some paper towels and let cool as well as remove any excess grease next in a large mixing bowl add your one cup of Kodiak power cake mix 3/4 cups of fat– free milk and one whole egg give that a good mix then place a large pan over medium heat and spray it with non-stick spray next dip your cooled bacon in the pancake batter to coat the bacon then place the batter coated bacon into the pan repeat for as many pieces as will fit into your pan without overcrowding add extra batter on top of the bacon to ensure total coverage cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the batter starts to bubble and then flip and cooked for another 2 to 3 minutes if you want more recipes like this check out my cookbook Link in bio
