Chickpea Tomato Spinach Curry! -Tag A Friend Who Wants To Get Fit! 🏼

Here’s what you need: ✔️

450g cooked chickpeas
3 garlic cloves1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated ginger1 tsp garam masala
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 large onion400ml coconut milk2 cups spinach

Note:

🔶 Melt the coconut oil in a heavy based pot over medium heat.
🔶 Reduce the heat to low and cook with the pot lid off for approximately 40 minutes or until the sauce is thick and creamy.
