Hi, I’m Ami, and I have lost 60lbs following the Starch Solution & using the principles of calorie density!

Creamy pumpkin cheese sauce:

1 tin pumpkin purée
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup cooked sushi rice
1 cup plant milk
1/2 – 1 cup leftover starchy pasta water
