Here’s the calorie breakdown:
One small egg: 54 calories
35 g banana(half): 31calories
almond milk: 5 calories (2 tbsp)
All purpose flour: 28 calories (1 tbsp)
And I used 0 calorie sugar (stevia or any other type) Add at least 1 tbsp
Total calories=118kcal
I made 8 pancakes so 1 would be roughly 15 and therefore 15 calories each.
Each pancake is 15 calories only!
