How to Make The Ukrainian Best Pancakes?
Ingredients:
200 grams of flour
2 tablespoons (50 grams) sugar
125 ml warm water
2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
3 teaspoons (15 grams) dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
Recipe
0:00 – pour 125 ml warm water into a separate bowl.
0:13 – add 3 teaspoons (15 grams) of dry yeast to warm water and stir
0:46 – pour 200 grams of sifted flour into a separate bowl
1:08 – add 2 tablespoons (50 grams) of sugar and a pinch of salt to the flour
1:34 – mix
1:37 – add a mixture of water and yeast to the flour, stir until smooth
2:43 – add two tablespoons (30 ml) of vegetable oil and stir
3:14 – leave in a warm place for 40 minutes (until the yeast rises)
3:26 – heat the pan, grease it with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes
