Cheesecake Pancakes that are PACKED with 45g protein and done in under 20 minutes. SO easy to make and SO delicious!👇🏼

Pancake Mix:
• 1/2 cup rolled oats (any kind)
• 1/4 cup milk (any kind, I use 1% skim)
• 1/4 cup egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
• 1 heaping tbsp light cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 2 tbsp low calorie maple syrup or sweetener
• 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used myprotein whey)
• 1 tsp olive oil (to cook on your pan)

Topping:
• 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
• optional: 1/2 tsp honey

Filling:
• 1/3 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain
• 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Notes:
• I topped it off with granola, but that’s completely optional.
• You can double or triple the measurements and make a large batch of pancakes!
• Any frozen or fresh fruit are also a great topping

Yields: 4 pancakes
