Healthy and Easy-to-Make Pancakes.

Delicious and Nutritious Oatmeal Pancakes. Easy to Make.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1 cup of oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of salt
Coconut oil or cooking spray

Instructions:

1. In a blender, blend the banana, rolled oats, eggs, milk, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt until the batter is smooth.

2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Add coconut oil or cooking spray to the pan.

3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake.

4. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until golden brown.

5. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings, such as berries, maple syrup, or Canela granola on top😋.
