2 cups pineapple
½ cucumber
A handful of kale
Small piece of ginger
½ lime
1 tsp spirulina
½ cup of water

2 cups mango
Big handful of greens
½ avocado
1 tsp of spirulina
½ – 1 cup of coconut water

1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp spirulina
