Cous cous- 1 cup
Maggi magic masala cube-1
Water-1 1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped-2-3
Salt-1/2 tsp
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Honey-1 tsp
Olive oil-2 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Veggies of choice
procedure
Step1:-
Boil water with Maggi masala cube and veggies.
Step 2:-
In an another bowl add green chilli, salt, pepper, honey, oil and lemon juice.
Step 3:- mix boiled water cous cous and oil mixture. Give it a good stir. Cover it and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4:- transfer it in a platter and garnish with coriander leaves
