Recipe #1

Healthy Strawberry Toast:

Ingredients

1- Take bread as required
2- Egg 1
3- Sugar to taste
4- Oil 1-2 tbsp
5- Milk 2-3 tbsp
6- Corn flour 4-5 tbsp
7- Strawberries as required

Method
Mix oil, milk, sugar and corn flour in an egg. Stir well to make a smooth paste. Cut inner portion of bread pieces. Heat up pan on medium to low flame. Add few drops of oil into it and put bread into it. Fill the inner side with the egg mixture and add few strawberry slices. Cook from both sides until golden brown.

Kitchen our Doctor is presenting breakfast or snack recipe in a very healthy way. Today we are presenting Barley porridge in a very tasty and healthy way. The combinations of barley with other food items are interesting and healthy.

Recipe of Fruit porridge bowl
Barley Porridge 1 cup
Water 4-5 same cups
It is really easy to cook. Just take barley
porridge , add water and cook on medium to low flame until tender and soft. More water can be added if required at any stage.

Presentation
Add flavours by adding different fruits, dry fruits, milk or chicken and meat.
1 -Fruits & honey.
2 – Dry fruits with dates, honey & milk.
3 -Chicken, egg white and black pepper.
4 -Olives with fruits & brown sugar.
5 -Olive oil with fruits.
6 -Milk with strawberry puree and fruits of your choice

Healthy Paratha
kitchen our doctor presenting a very healthy recipe in a very simple way with so simple ingredients. It is PARATHA, but with a liquid dough. No kneading at all. No dough making. The important thing is this, we are using less oil for this recipe.

Ingredients
1- Wheat flour 1 cup
2- Salt to taste
3- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
4- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5- Whole spices powder 1/2 tsp
6- Fresh coriander choped
7- Green chilli choped
8- Olive oil 1 tbsp
9 – Water as required

Method
1- Take a mining bowl, put all ingredients into it. Add water gradually and mix slowly, untill it becomes a smooth liquid paste. Let it rest for 5-6 minutes. It becomes thick and ready to make a paratha.
2- Take a pan, heat it up on medium to low flame. Put liquid batter with a spoon on it and spread it to the desired size. Cook from both side untill golden brown.
3- Serve with flavoured yogurt ( dahi raita) or sauce ( chatni).

Today we are presenting strawberry milk recipe. Fruits are best for health and a good source of vitamins and minerals. Strawberries are also packed with healthy vitamins.

Recipe
1- Choped strawberries
2- Strawberries frozen puree cubes
3- Fresh milk
4- Fresh strawberry puree

Method
Mix all ingredients in a jug or glass, mix well and serve.
Its really easy to prepare and yummy and healthy.

Aloo ka Paratha
Ingredients
1- Wheat flour dough
2- Mashed Potato ( filling)
3- Salt to taste
4- Red chilli flakes to taste
5- Whole spices powder to taste
6- Cumin seeds powder to taste
7- Black pepper powder to taste
8- Fresh coriander choped
9- Green chilli choped

Method
Take mashed potatoes and mix all fresh and dry ingredients into it. Make a smooth filling.Take wheat flour dough, roll and make two tortilla and fill with potato filling. Heat up pan on medium flame and cook from both sides. Apply oil on both sides but in less quantity. Cook until golden brown.
