1tsp of Nut Butter

3. Frappe:
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
1 Banana
1Tsp Coffee Granules
120ml Oat Milk
4 IceCubes
4.Vegan Milkshake:
1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein
120 Soy Milk
1 Banana
1/2 Tsp Peanut Butter
5. Lean Green:
2 cups Spinach
1 Pear
15 Seedless Grapes
1 Avocado
1 Squeezed Lime
