1-Oats-45 gm
2-Cabbage-70 gm
3-Onion-30 gm
4-Capsicum-40 gm
5-Coriender leaves- handful
6-cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
7-Turmeric-1/4 th tsp
8-Coriender powder- 1 tsp
9-Ginger garlic and green chili paste-1 tsp
10-Salt -as per taste
Cooking process
1-Take a bowl add all ingredients. Mix well.
2-Heat a pan and spread this dosa batter on the tawa.
3-Cook it both sides.
