In order to be healthy one must eat well and think about the necessary supplements. I don’t like popping pills of suppliments. I like to get the nutrition from natural food. I have shared many ways to use fax seed in your meal.
Flax seed is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acid. It also reduces blood pressure, improves digestive system, reduces weight and risk of cancer. Watch the whole video to learn about all the recipes.
