What are Flaxseeds Good For?
Have you ever wanted to know one simple tip that I could share with you to help with diabetes, indigestion, obesity, hormonal issues, children having constipation? All of that can be covered with the help of flaxseeds. In fact, flaxseed benefits our body in so many ways! This is what this video is all about.
Flaxseed Benefits
First, let’s talk about flaxseed nutrition facts.
Flaxseed is loaded with protein. A serving of flaxseed (3 tablespoons) has 6 grams of protein.
It also contains fiber. Flaxseed has 8 grams of fiber in every serving.
Now, if you are wondering how much flaxseed per day you should eat, it’s a minimum of 1 tablespoon a day. But as an adult, I want you having 2 tablespoons per day. You can even go 3 to 4 tablespoons, especially if you are having constipation, hormonal issues, and hot flashes.

As for flaxseed benefits, there are a ton!
Flaxseed is good for weight loss, constipation, and hormonal issues. It also helps your brain and gut, which leads to mental clarity.
