HEALTHY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE | EASY & HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEA

This Tropical Green Smoothie is something I make on a weekly basis. In this video I didn’t have kale but I added it on the ingredients list. I run out of kale but I highly recommend that you add it in. Eating more kale is a great way to dramatically increase the total nutrient content of your diet. I used a Vitamix high speed blender but any high speed blender should work to get the leaves blended in smoothly. Also, if you can’t find fruits in season, you can use frozen fruits instead.
