Ragi & Flaxseed Dosa
INGREDIENTS for batter
Ragi 1/2cup
Flaxseed 1 Tbsp
Udal 1/4cup
Chana da 1/4cup
Fenugreek seeds 1/2tsp
Cooked rice 1/4cup
Salt
METHOD:
1.Soak ragi and flaxseed for 3 hours
2.Another bowl Soak udal chana dal and fenugreek seeds for 3 hours
3.After 3 hours wash and drain water completely
4.Add cooked rice while grinding
5. Cover and keep for fermentation over night
6.Morning add salt and water
7.Make dosa and serve hot with chutney
