How to Make Paneer Tacos
Ingredients.
100 Gm Paneer
60 Gm Corn flour
2 Tsp Rice flour
2 Tsp oil
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Green Chilli
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
Chopped Lettuce
2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Cumin seeds
egg less Mayonnaise
1 Glass of water
Procedure.
1.In a bowl Take 60 gm corn flour, 2 tsp rice flour, 1 tsp oil, crushed cumin seeds
1 tsp salt mix well, add water and make a soft dove and rest it for 10 to 15 min.
2.In another bowl take 100 gm paneer add 1 tsp salt, chopped ginger-garlic paste,
1/2 lemon juice, 1 chopped green chilli mix well and bake at 190 deg for 10 min.
3.For Salsa add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, half lemon juice, half tsp salt
and half tsp red chilli powder and mix well
4.For Tacos make cicrular tacos like chappati, tale a plate press on tacos and remove
the excess dove.
5. Tost the tacos on medium flame on both sides and also grill on stove to get smoky flavor.
6.Add mayonnaise on the taco and spread evenly add some lettuce, add grilled paneer and salsa
take a tooth and skive through the taco to hold them together.
Plate the Tacos and Enjoy
