Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas or 4 small ones
2 eggs
6 teaspoons of oats
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Honey and fruits for serving
Instructions:
Place the ripe bananas, eggs, oats, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth batter.

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan to form a pancake. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the pancakes warm with honey and your choice of fruits.
