today I want to I just wanted to come and show you a recipe that is going to be really quick and easy and I what I did was I ground up this chicken breast I always use my kitchen aid I have a mini processor and I usually will make a bunch of chicken breasts in the beginning of the week and if you want a quick lunch um I will mix one tblspoon of Primal kitchen mayonnaise this is has avocado oil in it you want to aoid void the seed oils that definitely increases inflammation and then I add about a tablespoon or two of raw apple cider vinegar and then to sweeten it just a little bit I’ll add a little bit of organic Stevia today I chopped up an organic Gayla apple and then I’m just going to add the sauce and if you you can always add more mayonnaise or apple cider vinegar and you’re really just doing this to taste I will usually add this to a salad um I typically don’t eat gluten and I just kind of have avoided bread as well because even the gluten-free breads they don’t really have a lot of great ingredients in them and another option is I get this from Costco this is like a sweet kale uh Kela salad you can add a little bit of that to it if you like you can also add some pickle juice and some cut up pickles you can make it as sweet Savory as you like and then if you are counting macros you just measure out approximately 4 to 5 O and then just add it to your salad or add it to your wrap and you will have a great lunch I just wanted to um show you one option that you can do with chicken aside from just cutting up a chicken rest I hope you enjoy this recipe
