hey guys welcome back to my channel I’m Mayra from low carb love now most of you know I’ve lost over 100 pounds so today I’m going to do a what I eat in a day this is my like maintenance so it’s taken me about 1 year to lose 20 lb and yes it happened even to me gained some weight because of life because of travel because of um recipe testing everything a combination of everything um and little by little some weight gain doesn’t happen just like boom overnight it’s one lb here 3 lb here 5 lbs here and the next thing you know you know my case I was about 20 lbs heavier and so I just had to go back back to basics um I even put together a meal plan of everything that I followed so if you’re trying to lose some weight I’m going to leave that link in the description below it’s not only for weight loss it’s also for maintenance it’s also just tips and tricks on everything that I’ve done from intermittent fasting to anyway it’s all in there so um grab that it’s in the description below but um yeah I just kind of want to walk you through what my day is right now this is what I’m doing to maintain always focus on protein but it is you know summer is here so it’s also just giving that like fresh Vibe and yeah so that’s what we’re doing today right now I’m about to go try on these leggings that I um picked up from Teemu I don’t know if you could see that through here but they remind me of the Align super buttery soft and um timu is actually with this video okay so this video only um you’re going to be able to pick up these leggings and I have a bunch of stuff it’s not just the leggings and I’m going to try it on um we got the black we got the bodysuit we got the the this is like a latte Brown so I’m going to try that on but you’re going to be able to pick these things up is going to be so beautiful for my my salads I grabbed this for a little soap dispenser I just felt like like all this stuff was super aesthetic look at this you can either do like I don’t know anything from I thought about doing like my Salsas because I do a lot of Mexican Salsas but I feel like you could even use this for like a little um chia seed pudding I don’t know I just felt like it’s super super aesthetic and I was like I can’t pass this up and then we have our silverware I felt like this would just go really nice with everything I grabbed this for my tea at night isn’t it like so pretty I don’t know I just thought it was really really cute I’m telling you once you go on there and you start seeing things you just start throwing things into the cart and then these little Wooden Spoons for my cafesito to put my little coffee my sweetener these plates very very nice look at this little guy just like an individual kind of like a personalized little blender makes salsa you can grind up your garlic just so many different things and then of course our organizers so so I just grabbed a bunch of things that I felt like I was actually going to use here in my kitchen guys my day off with a little bit of cafo I just do a little bit of like a dairyfree creamer because Dairy still does mess with me um I could do like hard cheeses but not not like half in half or heavy cream at least not not yet and I’m totally in the mood for matcha so I’m going to do a matcha protein smoothie I’m going to do a little packet of matcha and we’re going to do a scoop of protein this already has everything in it it already has the um sweetener it has collagen Ry mushrooms it literally like replaces everything that you typically add into a smoothie so we got that going and then we’re going to use our little teu blender [Applause] here isn’t it so cute literally just like a personalized little blender for your smoothies all righty and breakfast is served look at this nice thick look at this beautiful little guy right here matcha latte like a homemade Macha latte smoothie wow this is amazing so delicious I’m going to get a little bit of work done just do some emails and then I’m going to see you back for lunch I I don’t know what type of salad I’m going to make I just know I’m going to make like this delicious um high protein salad always make my dressings at home so you’ll be able to get my dressing recipes as well because those are really really important when you’re really trying to not only lose weight but also want to take care of your gut because our gut is so important then you want to make your own dressings okay so I’ll see you guys back at lunch I’m going to go ahead and finish this and just get a little bit of work done all right guys so time for lunch I’m making some quick um roasted PE I already roasted my chicken so we’re going to put everything together all right guys so I kind of try to move the angle so that you can see me and see what I’m doing we’re going to start off with our with our lettuce okay put it right into our solid Bowl I mean our salad spinner and get rid of all that excess water I’ve always wanted one of these basically it just dries up the lettuce so you don’t have like a wet salad want a wet salad no no thank you okay so we’re just going to pour our salad right in in our new little salad bowl look at that doesn’t it look so cute I love it I’m already loving it okay so I was going to do the whole cherry tomatoes but I like them chopped instead okay then we have our cherry tomatoes going in all right and then I’m just going to do a rough chop right here on these pecans I know some people say peans peans okay just top it with a little bit of feta cheese I love feta so and then I have my chicken breast which I just seasoned with a little bit of salt pepper onion powder garlic powder just super super simple I’m going to use this little guy to cut these are for pickles but I feel like it just makes the Cucumber look really cute kind of like a Greek salad right cuz we have the Tomato we have our little um cucumbers maybe the pecans are not Greek but it’s going to give it a nice Crunch and then we’re going to add in that protein right on top always go heavy on that protein this usually keeps me full for hours you know if I don’t add enough protein then I’m going to be snacking so always go heavy on the protein and now last but not least our dressing okay and so for our balsamic vinegret we are going to do a little bit of olive oil and I’ll leave the recipe in the description below okay so don’t don’t you worry we have some balsamic vinegar honey okay you can use a sugar-free honey yeah so if you don’t want to use any honey or sugar-free honey you can also use sweetener like your sweetener of choice and then we’re also going to add in our lemon juice a little little garlic so we’re going to add in two garlic cloves and then we’re going to do our salt and pepper okay and now we’re just going to blend it our little personal blender here so cute and now we’re just going to pour all over yes okay so this is literally the best part and you’re going to have to excuse my Gardener He’s outside I didn’t think he would be here at this time but he is all right guys a little bit of everything for that perfect byy cheairs not only is it beautiful it’s absolutely delicious okay so I’m going to do three tacos for dinner and by the way these tortillas only have 30 calories and three net carbs so if you’re trying to stay low carb um or just watching your calories then I’ll fire that just makes them taste better okay then we have our fajitas or our gadaa there all right so I’m just going to heat this up and then I have all of my toppings over here here okay so let me go ahead and do this and then we’ll move right over first things first is we need a little creamy component so we’re going to do a little bit of mayona okay now if you don’t eat your tacos like this it’s okay I just feel like a little creaminess always just adds to it then we’re going to go in with the star of the show we have our Gada with our Peppers this is so juicy so super super juicy if you want to cut your meat then cuz they actually come in big chunks where you can throw them onto the grill but clearly we made them in the air fryer so we didn’t need all that a little cheese okay top it with a tiny bit of cheese on top this is obviously optional but all of this just adds to the flavor in my opinion and little sour cream and now just top it with a little bit of cilantro right on top and last but not least my mom’s Mexican salsa right on top mhm all right guys so my tacos are done very very simple dinner a lot of times when I take a little bit more time to make my lunch I’ll have like a simple dinner or vice versa but who doesn’t love tacos like tacos are everything in life so I’m going to go ahead and enjoy these little guys but I hope you enjoyed my what I eat in a day I don’t think cuz I think this is going to keep me nice and full I don’t think I’m going to do like a dessert if I did I probably do a little bit of yogurt with some berries and call it a day um that’s kind of been my dessert lately um whenever I crave something sweet I just try to make sure it’s something healthy nothing processed things of that nature so anyway I hope you guys really enjoyed this video
