A week of Breakfast ideas (Healthy, easy recipes)

so hello everyone and welcome to this
video in today’s video I’m going to
share a bunch of breakfast recipes and
inspiration as you can see I am making a
yogurt Bowl right
now usually my go-to breakfast is
actually oatmeal and if you follow me on
Tik Tok or Instagram probably already
would have seen my chocolate protein
Snickers oats
which I’m obsessed with but with the
seasons changing and the we getting
hotter I tending to go for yogurt bows

instead and today’s yog Bowl I have a
blueberry vanilla protein yogurt I added
some whole beat pops on top and sliced
up some banana
also added a bunch of teia seeds because
they have a lot of great health benefits
and lastly I dled some honey on top
because I really like a sweet breakfast

so on this day I had to be kind of quick
so I made a simple yogurt bow again this
time with raspberry
skew I put the same whole wheed Puffs on
as I did the other
day then I added some teia seeds and
some banana and some
[Music]
raspberries and lastly a brnch of dark
chocolate and I promise you guys there a
lot it was actually kind of
overwhelming I was kind of in a hurry
that day so I just had to make something
quick and easy and this really was I
think it took me about 10 minutes to put
together also because I had to film
it so as you guys can see I have just
made myself a very quick breakfast it’s
a Raspberry Vanilla ska with some wheat
Puffs um dark chocolate raspberries and
banana it’s just very quick easy and
simple because I have a doctor’s
appointment in a bit but I just wanted
to get something in my stomach before I
left but yeah I’m going to eat this and
I show you if I get anything else after
I actually ended up getting a second
portion when I came back from my
appointment there’s so much dark
chocolate on here it’s actually

crazy I have just gotten home and I made
a little yogurt Bowl again this time
with banana and some Cocoa Puffs

on this day I had a very specific
craving for french toast and to be
honest I have zero idea where it came
from because one I have never made it
before and two I have never Tri tried
having it so I kind of just went to the
flow and win the recipe I cracked an egg
and added some milk brown sugar and
cinnamon I risked it all together real
good and then I put two pieces of toast
in the mixture and just let it soak up
all the

egg lastly I just fried it in my pan
with a bit of organic butter and so it
got whispy and

golden so I have this cottage cheese
which is vanilla flavored I haven’t
actually tried it before but I think it
will go quite well with this
[Music]
be honest it has a quite weird
[Music]
consistency I just mic graped some
frozen blueberries with a bit of sugar
so it would be extra sweet because I
have quite a big Sweet Tooth especially
for breakfast I have just m my
blueberries for about like a minute or
so until it gets this almost syruping
consistency the cup I have made myself
if anyone should be asking I’m quite
proud of it it was my first cup I

made but yeah this is the finished
whistle I am actually quite proud it’s
the first time ever I have made french
toast I think they turned out pretty
well but yeah I’m just going to eat
these before they get too cold and I see
you guys tomorrow

so on this day I finally crave something
salty but not completely because I
toasted up two pieces of R bread toast
and on one of the pieces I added the
liftover cottage cheese from the day
[Music]
before and some homemade rubab compat
which just reminds me so much of
Summer and on the other piece I I had a
spinach fried
egg I also added a bit of Orana ketchup
and some salt to my egg and yeah that’s
what I have for breakfast really simple
quick easy just what I was craving and
it’s just a reminder for you guys that
you don’t have to put any effort into
food it’s literally just Fuel and
enjoyment I just really like creating
something thing I think is pretty it
makes it so much more exciting to
eat so I don’t know if you guys has
noticed anything recently but I have
been a bit secretive with my recipes and
the reason for that is because I am
working on an ebook the first one I’m
going to publish is a recipe book with a
bunch of breakfast inspiration
sharing recipes online has been a
passion project of mine for quite a
while and I just thought it would be so
much more easy and convenient if I put
them all in one place which is an ebook
I’m still working on it so I will keep
you guys updated on my Tik Tok and
Instagram I just can’t wait to share it
with you guys
but on this day I made a yogurt bowl
with some homemade rhar comput and a bit
of vibrate crunch which I made in my air
fryer also added some vanilla

cream but yeah I’m so happy that you
