If you struggle with breakfast ideas here are 5 well balanced breakfast recipes to get some inspiration from.

Very simple and fast, nothing fancy at all but tastes great and gets the macronutrients in 😃

Oaty banana pancakes 🥞

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 small banana
1/3 cup plant milk
1 egg
1 tsp maple flavoured syrup or date syrup
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp cottage cheese
Sprinkle of shredded coconut
1 tsp olive oil for cooking

Fried eggs & kimchi 🍳

2 slices wholegrain bread toasted
1 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp kimchi
Sriracha

Vanilla oatmeal 🥣

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 cup water
1 scoop vanilla plant protein
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup frozen strawberries & mango
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 crushed walnuts
1 tbsp Maple flavoured syrup

Avocado & cottage cheese toast w/- tomato 🥑 🍅 🍞

2 slices wholegrain bread toasted
Dijon mustard
1/2 small avocado
1 tbsp cottage cheese
Tomatoes
Chilli flakes
Salt & pepper
Dash of sriracha

Greek yoghurt w/- fruit & honey 🫐🍍🍯

3 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
3/4 cup blueberries
Pineapple chunks
Drizzle of honey
2 crushed walnuts
1 large tsp natural peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
