Here’s everything I ate today knowing I was going to an Eagle game and there was going to be lots of food there so for breakfast I started off with a very filling Pro oats Bowl this is my recipe and it doesn’t have any oats in there

It’s so good and so filling lunch was just like a light salad with some pesto chicken from Trader Joe’s and then when we got to the Eagles game which was so much fun look at those seats they’re awesome I had some pulled pork some beet salad and some steamed spinach and then

We watched the game and I had to have some of the barbecue chips I think they’re homemade and they come with some onion dip these are my kryptonite so good and then I had to get a shot of my son taking a look at the cheerleaders

Love that and when we got home I had my sores cake it’s so important to fit something sweet into your everyday
