Hello everyone and welcome back if there is one dish that grew up on me then it is AA I was not a big fan and I don’t even remember having them before marriage and if many of you can relate to this then this recipe is definitely for you so

Today’s breakfast was amla tapor with harali par I will start by steaming the Ava first for around 10 minutes until then I’ll collect all the spices to make the tore so Karthik is a huge fan of AA and my mom-in-law used to prepare this a lot the dish gradually evolved upon on me

And now I wait for Winters to prepare it in the whole spices I will take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds half taspo aine half teaspoon mustard seeds half teaspoon myy seeds and/ teaspoon Soft this recipe also needs some basic prep so I’ll fine chop 5 to six garlic pods and Grate one in ginger next I’ll check on Ava if they are steamed well you can also to pressure cook them for one whistle on high flame and that will also work Fine once the amla softens in Steam I’ll deced them and keep them aside have you ever had Ana toore before do let me know in the comment Section all the prep is done so next thing is cooking the Ava now in a pan I’ll take 1 tbsp oil and sauté all whole spices along with the ginger and garlic the spices together brings a great pickled flavor into the Ava which adds to the sanness and tastes delicious Once the seeds crackle well add the steamed Ava into it and saute for 2 to 3 minutes now add turmeric red chili powder coriander powder and garam masala powder and coat these spices well on amla Ava has so many health benefits and eating Ana daily improves skin hair

Immunity eyesight and whatnot so I make these tore in bulk and keep them in fridge for 3 to 4 days to eat with meals every day to balance the flavor add jaggery as per your taste and some salt now add 1 cup water and let it simmer for 5 to 7

Minutes till all the flavors are combined well and gravy thickens you can adjust the consistency of the gravy as per your liking I like this Ava with thick gravy so we’ll simmer it Accordingly the gravy also thickens as it cools down so I will shut the stove at this stage and add chopped Coriander and sweet SAR and spicy amla tapor is ready look how delicious they look now I’ll make harali parata for this feel free to choose whatever greens are available to you I am using mint and Dill leaves since Dill is in the Season now into the flour I’ll add some crushed aine turmeric red chili powder kitchen King Masala salt all the chopped greens and 2 tpoon ghee you can even make these patas for kids different boxes or eat them as it is with curd as they taste really amazing

Now add water and need a soft dough I love eating patas a lot and try to bring new varieties into it the little additions here and there help in bringing great change into the same dishes and also helps in Breaking the monotony of cooking too lastly I’ll roll and make triangle

Parathas from this D this whole combination of pickled form of Ava with piping hot green patas tastes very amazing in Winter I would highly recommend that you try this recipe as it is super healthy and delicious adding ghee and dry flour between the folds of patas helps helps
