DAY 6 – No Added Sugar For 30 Days



follow along as I try to lose weight and figure out how to live healthy.

Day six of no added sugar literally every morning I go through this thing where I’m like GH I don’t really want eggs again but then something happens in like the next 5 minutes where I’m like eggs sound pretty good I’m making a big breakfast complete with potato veggie

Hash and sunny side up eggs because wedman AKA Elmo AKA my mom is joining us and it turned out pretty okay I did lift today but all I filmed of it was me shedding out the Rascals so there’s that and I wasn’t hungry for lunch so fast

Forward to dinner where I decided to make a Jalal samfit recipe high protein butter chicken with garlic naan the naan turned out fantastic 10 out of 10 would make again I got that shut but it seems like every time I try to cook an Indian dish The Taste turns out a bit bitter

Not terrible but it’s never like the restaurant and Indian is one of my favorite foods so it’s so sad granted this recipe was supposed to be a bit of a leaner version and it did have peanut butter in it which I don’t know if that’s common or not but again I don’t
