Anyways then you’re going to do 1/3 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt squeeze half a lemon 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt then you’re going to add in 3 tbspoon of sugar-free sweetener I’m usually not the biggest fan of artificial sweetener but this brand from Truvia I believe is actually healthier than most sweetener

Brand and it doesn’t have like that weird artificial taste and then you’re going to take 1 and 1/2 scoop of protein powder I am using the or organic protein brand and it’s in the flavor vanilla it is so bomb anyways once you guys have done that then you’re

Going to start staring and mixing your ingredients until it becomes Smooth then you are going to preheat the oven to 375 once you have done that you are then going to pour in your batter into a muffin pan and you’re going to make a total of six batches since there are six servings of this dish then you’re going

To go ahead and bake them in the oven for 22 to 24 minutes while your cheesecake bites are baking then you are going to get started with your delicious strawberry sauce turn on the stove to medium heat and pour in half a cup of Frozen strawberri squeeze half a lemon
