I lost a total of 50lbs, from my heaviest, to my leanest weight (and have since maintained a healthy average of 114lbs) by living a more active lifestyle, and choosing healthier meals/ingredients. I tend to since eat higher protein, lower carb/sat. fats/sugar. Eating consciously, in a 80/20, allows me to still enjoy my food and treat myself, in moderation 😉

– In the morning i will drink coffee with creamer & ice water along with my breakfast…. I drink A LOT of water each day. this is my usual drink of choice. (i also like flavored seltzer water throughout the day.)
Skip the juices/specialty coffee drinks, etc that are loaded with sugars and carbs.
