Hii everyone! Today I’m showing you a realistic what I eat in a typical week as a girl who lives alone. I eat intuitively, plant-based (vegan), and eat quite healthy, simple meals that you can easily make at home. A lot of my meals are inspired by asian cuisine (I’ll link them below!), so like noodles, rice cakes (tteokguk and tteokbokki), mochi, masala dosa, but I also love ‘british’ western food like pancakes, oatmeal + bangers and mash. I’ve been eating like this since I lost weight almost 9 years ago (I lost 60 pounds), and eating intuitively like this has made me able to maintain my weight loss all this time.
