This bread is a super healthy alternative to white refined flour bread, it will keep you full for longer and you will also benefit from the properties of this powerful seed without any effort because it is a delicious and very versatile bread.

For 3 buns you will only need:
– 175 gr or 1.5 cups of flaxseed meal
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 200 ml of water
– ยผ tsp salt (optional)
