In this video, I give you 2 simple, easy, meal prep recipes you can use for 3 days (lunch and dinner). Eating healthy does not have to be hard nor does it need to taste bland. -1.5 tbls olive oil
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tbls Mrs dash
-1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
-1/2 tbls Italian
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Sweet potato recipe
-1lb sweet potatoes
-1 tbs olive oil
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-salt/pepper to taste
Chicken meat balls
-1 lb ground chicken
-2 tbls Mrs dash
-2 tbs Italian seasoning
-dash of salt and pepper
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1 egg white
Asparagus
-2lbs asparagus
-1/2 tbls olive oil
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp salt
