If you are moving between low, medium and high carb days for weight loss purposes, this recipe is going to be a fantasic breakfast or snack option.

It’s so easy, and fast that anyone could make and set in the fridge until it’s ready for heating.

You should use any fruit available. I made a banana and blackberry version, then strawberries. But it really doesn’t matter. Clean eating and health is about eating the things you love too.

This recipe creates 2 servings

What you need
6 tbsp. ground flaxseed
4 tbsp. coconut flour
1 scoop (25g) vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup (240ml) + 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk

What you need to do
Place all 5 ingredients into a small microwave-safe bowl. Whisk well, making sure there are no lumps. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.
Divide the porridge between 2 bowls, add toppings of choice and serve immediately.
