ingredients
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup gf oat flour
1 tablespoon vegan protein
1 banana
1/2 tsp vegan butter
Instructions
Combine the liquids including the plantain and reserve.
In a large bowl, add the flour, protein powder, and. Beat well.
When ready, add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
Over medium low heat, pour in 1/4 cup pancake batter and cook for 2-4 minutes. Once there are lots of bubbles or the other side is golden, flip it over and then cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and repeat until no dough remains.
Top with syrup, fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, and more.
