INGREDIENT FOR – Sourdough bread recipe : Easy fast healthy sourdough bread with walnut, flaxseed and sesame seed

(A)
Mix well -:
Filter water – 220g
Starter – 90g
Sugar – 10g or less

(B)
Add on -:
Bread flour or high protein flour – 350g

(A) & (B) = mix well then proof for 1 hour

(C)
1 hour later :- follow my video
Salt – 3g to 4g
Walnut cut small – 10 g
Flaxseed – 10 g
Sesame seed – 10 g

Proof time :-

1st proof – 1 hour = (A) & (B) mixture

2nd proof – 40 minute = after mix the (C) on to (A) & (B)

3rd proof – 3 to 4 hour ( monitor the how high the dough grow) – follow my video

4th proof – keep inside the fridge until next day
