How to make fül, a quick and healthy Ethiopian snack | Fast Food

Tasty fül is made with sautéed onion and fava beans, topped with tonnes of vegetables and feta cheese. It’s perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast in a hurry. Chef Amsale Sumamo had trouble finding the ingredients for Ethiopian dishes when she first moved to Edmonton, but now, three decades later, all you need to make her fül recipe could already be in your kitchen.
