1. Rishta Idli batter – 1 bowl
2. Boiled potatoes – 2 (100 grams)
3. Green coriander – 1 tbsp. (finely chopped)
4. Oil – 2 tbsp.
5. Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
6. Ginger Garlic paste– 1 tsp
7. Curry leaves – 3 to 5
8. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
9. Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
10. Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
11. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
12. Hing – 1/8 tsp
13. Onions – 1 (finely chopped)
14. Green peas – ¼ cup (optional)
