Today, I am sharing with you a recipe of breakfast premix, Roasted Oats, Makhana and dry fruits. Easy and nutritious recipe made with oats, makhana, dry fruits and curd.

This Healthy Breakfast Premix can be made in less than 20 minutes and can be stored in an air tight container for a month.

For making breakfast bowl with this premix no cooking is required. I have shared two ways to eat this healthy mix, one with salt and pepper and other with honey and fresh fruits.

Both the recipes are extremely healthy, filling and yummy. You can enjoy both the recipes as a evening snack also.

Ingredient list:

for making crunchy premix:
1 cup oats
1 cup makhana
2 tbsp. chopped almonds
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. kishmish
1/2 clarified butter

For making salted oats & makhana with curd and pepper:
In a bowl add 4 tbsp homemade curd, add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ground flaxseed powder, salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients, add 4 tbsp. crunchy oat and makhana breakfast premix, garnish with cranberries and enjoy.

For making sweet crunchy oats and makhana with honey and fresh fruits:
In a bowl add cut fruits like banana apple and chikoo. Add curd, cinnamon powder, flaxseed powder, honey and curd mix well. Add 4 tbsp. crunchy oat and makhana breakfast premix, garnish with date and pomegranate and enjoy.
