Ragi Aloo Paratha | Kezhvaragu aloo parota | Urulaikizhangu paratha | Healthy tiffin recipe

In this video we are going to make delicious and healthy tiffin item Ragi Aloo Paratha .

Ingredients :
Ragi :1cup
Water :1cup
Salt :1/2 spoon
Potato : 3no’s
Onion :1no
Green chilli :1no
Red chilli pwd :1/2spoon
Coriander pwd :1/2 spoon
Jeera pwd : 1/2spoon
Amchur pwd :1/2spoon
Salt :required amt
Coriander leaves

Method :

Boil the water till it get bubbles . Add the one cup of ragi pwd in to it and mix it well and close and keep it rest for 5mints. Now transfer it to one plate and knead it nicely as soft dough. Ragi dough is ready.

Boil the potato and smash it nicely. Now add finely chopped onion , coriander leaves , green chillies , red chilli pwd , coriander pwd , jeera pwd , amchur pwd and required amt of salt. Now mix it well .

Now make ragi dough in to small balls and stuff the potato stuffing in to the ragi dough and make it as round paratha.

And put that paratha in to pan and nicely cook till ragi get cooked well. Now paratha is ready.
