Chicken Shami Kebab | Healthy Snacks for Tea Time | Recipes by SaraZ
Ingredients:
1: Chicken qeema 1 kg
2: Chaana dal 1 kg ( Prewashed and presoaked)
3: Salt to taste
4: Red chilli 1 tbsp
5: Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
6: Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
7: Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
8: Anistar 2 pieces
9: Black Cardamom 2 pieces
10: Cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
11: 1 tsp Black Zeera
12: 1 tsp White Zeera
13: Sabut Dhuniya 1 tsp
14: Kalonji 1 tsp
15: Meethi dana 1 tsp
16: Black pepper corns 1 tsp
17: Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
18: Black pepper 1 tsp
19: 3, 4 cloves
20: Green Chillies 4 to 5
21: Coriander Chopped 1 bunch

Method:
1: In a wok add qeema & daal and about 6 glasses of water.
2: Mix in all the spices except green chillies & Coriander.
3: Let it cook till water dries up
4: When the mixture cools , add green chillies & chopped Coriander.
5: Fry after dipping in egg and serve.
