These low calorie meals to loose weight are delicious, flavoursome and low calorie meals easy to prepare!
They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans: filling meals under 500 calories.
Often people are asking me for filling meals under 800 calories to loose weight. These meals are suitable low calorie meals for weight loss, vegan and healthy too!
With over 30g of protein they are suitable for maintaining physical activity as-well!
Those meals are even suitable for filling meals on keto diet as they are low in carbohydrates, although i do not recommend cutting on your carbs as they are essentials for maintaining physical activity and several other body functions.
